Roselin Cabrales
Is the leader of several organizations and serves as President of EntreLíderes Business Strategy School, working in the field of education. She created the only Spanish‑language Business Leadership Congress held at Harvard University. Since 2021, she has organized women’s congresses aimed at promoting their economic empowerment.
She has been awarded the Gold Medal for Volunteer Service through The President’s Volunteer Service Award – Hispanic Honor Edition 2025. She received the U.S. Capitol Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025 and was also recognized with The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award the same year. Forbes Magazine named her “A Woman Transforming Latino Leadership in the United States” in 2025.
She was honored as Woman of the Year 2025 in the category of Leadership Icon in Business Innovation by the Bilateral Ecuadorian‑American Chamber of Commerce of Texas (CCEATEX LATM). She was awarded Woman of the Decade by the Women Economic Forum at WEF Colombia in July 2023. She received recognition for Hispanic Heritage and her trajectory as a female leader in Houston, Texas, in October 2023. She was named Successful Woman LATAM by the organization of the same name at the Congress of the Republic of Colombia in December 2022. She was recognized by the Senate of Puerto Rico in 2021 for her commitment to empowering women worldwide. The City of Houston, Texas, named her Woman of the Year 2020 in Educational Programs.
She has completed one doctoral thesis and two master’s theses, along with multiple scientific articles. She has participated in the Women Economic Forum Venezuela in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and in the Women Economic Forum Houston Texas in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Her work is driven by activism focused on strengthening Hispanic leadership and women’s economic empowerment since 2021. Her core values include loyalty, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.
She has taught nine cohorts of the Micro Master Harvard Negotiation Method completely free of charge from 2021 to 2025.
