Andrea Vergara Rivera
Is the CEO and Editor‑in‑Chief of Liderex Magazine, working in the field of leadership and life transformation. She created the digital publication LiderEX Magazine, which reaches audiences in 20 countries. She serves as Director of Communications and Academic Leader at EntreLíderes Business Strategy School and is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Congress of Women Leaders held at Harvard University. She is also the creator of the community “Hablemos en Positivo.”
She has conducted more than 160 interviews and delivered over 60 presentations. She has been a speaker at the World Summit of Political Communication and served as its presenter in Miami and Cartagena. She is a Colombian dentist and a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Florida. She has been a professional volunteer supporting Fundación Eudes Colombia for more than 25 years, as well as The Eudes Foundation USA.
Since 2021, she has been an active member of the World Congress of Women Leaders, sharing knowledge on Quantum Physics for life transformation, with active videos available on YouTube. Since 2020, she has led the community “Hablemos en Positivo,” offering daily communication focused on positive mindset and action‑taking.
Between 2024 and 2025, she led various groups and activities as a certified trainer in Leadership and Transformation. From 2022 to 2025, she was an active member of Líderes Quánticos. From 2021 to 2023, she directed and moderated leadership and conscious positive communication rooms with an emphasis on Quantum Physics and Neuroscience in interactive virtual spaces. From 2020 to 2022, she hosted live community information sessions on leadership and life stories.
In 1997, she was part of the interdisciplinary team of Fundación Eudes Colombia, serving as a speaker and volunteer director of the Mobile Unit for vulnerable populations in Bogotá, providing nighttime services on Fridays and Saturdays to people living on the streets, including preventive dentistry, medical diagnosis, and psychological and social support. In 1996, she served as Director of the Promotion and Prevention Department at Fundación Eudes Colombia and as Volunteer Director of the Mobile Unit for vulnerable populations.
Her recognitions include the Lifetime Honors Award from the National Capitol of the United States of America (December 2025), being the first Honorary Member of the World Congress of Women Leaders held at Harvard University, where she has been an in‑person speaker for three consecutive years (2025), the Successful Women Award 2024, and recognition as an Exemplary Colombian in Communication by the Consulate General of Colombia in Miami (2023). She has been an Honorary Member of WEF Venezuela since 2023.
She has conducted more than 120 interviews and 60 presentations on leadership and communication with a focus on quantum physics and neuroscience.

She has spoken at the World Congress of Women Leaders for five consecutive years, the World Congress of Leaders (October 2025), the Women Economic Forum (July 2025), and “Think, Feel and Communicate Positively” (2022).

She considers that she has made a continuous, original, and high‑impact contribution to the transformation of leadership and human communication at an international level, supported by both her life experience and concrete, verifiable results. As the creator of the Transformational Quantum Communication approach, she has studied, researched, integrated, and applied for more than 25 years academic knowledge in health and communication, later incorporating principles of neuroscience, conscious communication, and the dissemination of quantum physics. She has developed practical models that have generated real change in leaders, professionals, and communities.
As an international speaker, mentor, and intellectual reference—participating in high‑level global spaces—she has promoted paradigm shifts through awareness, fostering ethical and responsible leadership, and contributing social, educational, and human value that transcends traditional academic boundaries.
She seeks to embody many values, summarized in honesty, loyalty, freedom, respect, and responsibility. Her main legacy is the belief that everything is possible when you act from love, prepare consciously, and live in gratitude.
Among her many contributions over more than 25 years, she highlights becoming part of the World Congress of Women Leaders held at Harvard University (2023–2024–2025). This space opened a “quantum door” for Hispanic women willing to believe in themselves and understand that the only thing preventing them from achieving their goals is their own mindset. She is there to guide them, listen to them, and celebrate their future successes.

Considero que he realizado una contribución continua, original y de alto impacto en la transformación del liderazgo y la comunicación humana a nivel internacional, sustentada tanto en mi experiencia de vida como en resultados concretos y verificables. Como creadora del enfoque de Comunicación Cuántica Transformacional, he estudiado, investigado, integrado y aplicado durante más de 25 años conocimientos académicos en salud y comunicación, incorporando posteriormente principios de la neurociencia, la comunicación consciente y la divulgación de la física cuántica, desarrollando modelos prácticos que han generado cambios reales en líderes, profesionales y comunidades. En mi rol como speaker internacional, mentora y referente intelectual —con participación en espacios globales de alto nivel— he impulsado la transformación de paradigmas mediante la toma de conciencia, promoviendo un liderazgo ético y responsable, y aportando un valor social, educativo y humano que trasciende el ámbito académico tradicional.
Busco representar muchos valores, sin embargo los resumo en honestidad, lealtad, libertad, respeto y responsabilidad.
El legado principal que buscó dejar es que todo es posible cuando actúas desde el amor, te preparas conscientemente y vives en agradecimiento.
Los aportes han sido muchos a través de más de 25 años, sin embargo quiero resaltar el llegar a ser parte del Congreso Mundial de Mujeres Líderes celebrado en la Universidad de Harvard 2023-2024-2025. Este espacio abrió la puerta cuántica para las mujeres hispanas que están dispuestas a creer en sí mismas y entender que lo único que impide que ellas también lo logren son ellas mismas y su mentalidad. Aquí estoy para guiarlas, escucharlas y celebrar con ellas sus triunfos posteriores.
