Joimar Verónica Díaz Díaz

Is the CEO of VD Services Group Inc. She works in the legal and educational fields. She graduated as an attorney in her home country, Venezuela, and later earned a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Research. She also completed a diploma in University Teaching and is a Human Rights Consultant. She founded VD Services Group Inc., a company that currently employs nine people and is dedicated to educating and supporting the immigrant community, helping them integrate correctly into their new country and assisting them throughout their processes.

Her hard work led her to obtain permanent residency in the United States, where the federal government recognized her as a professional with extraordinary abilities, granting her a national interest waiver due to the relevance of her profession. She earned a certification from Emory University and is currently certified by the State of Georgia as an Immigration Providers Assistance professional. She has been recognized for two consecutive years by the office of Governor Brian Kemp (State of Georgia), being the only Latina present at both ceremonies.

In 2025, she was invited to tour the White House, an invitation extended to her by the Senate during the celebration week of her professional field at the Atlanta Capitol. She is a member of GAP, AMM, and the World Congress of Leaders. Her greatest achievement has been serving the community through her organization.

Her community contributions include:

– Free TPS event on July 10, 2022, benefiting more than 270 people. – Northside Hospital breast cancer fundraising, active member from 2022 to 2025. – “Más Amor por Venezuela” donation campaign, November 6, 2022. – Community education and support week, May 15–19, 2023. – Mental health and wellness event for the Lawrenceville community, June 24, 2023. – Support for the Children Entrepreneurs Convention, editions 2023, 2024, and 2025. – Godmother of Latina Leads, mentoring girls and teenagers who are learning and starting their entrepreneurial journeys, January 28, 2024. – Free talk “Your Children Can Go to College,” March 30, 2024. – Human Trafficking Prevention events, 2024. – Partnership with McKendree Elementary School, 2025–2026. – Thanksgiving food distribution for low‑income families in Lilburn, 2024. – Gift delivery to children with chronic illnesses at Northside Hospital, November 2025. – More than 2,813 immigrant families have benefited thanks to VD Services Group.

All of these initiatives were carried out as volunteer work.

Her volunteer work includes multiple TPS events, community education weeks, mental health initiatives, support for youth entrepreneurship, and educational talks that have directly impacted immigrant families. All projects were organized without profit, solely to continue serving.

Her dedication and academic preparation are exceptional. She achieved a Master’s degree and maintains an impeccable reputation. She does not seek influence through social media but through transforming the lives of the people she reaches. She is always willing to help those who need it most, strictly adhering to the law.

She is currently completing bilingual studies at Interactive College of Technology and will receive her degree in June 2026. She plans to pursue a Master’s in Law beginning in Fall 2026. She has deep respect for the law and academia, loves the classroom environment, and firmly believes that everyone has the right to access education. For her, and for the more than two thousand immigrants she has supported, education is a light and a source of hope. She believes that where you come from does not matter—what matters is who you are. She will carry this Doctorate in her heart with honor.

Her values include humanity, respect, faith, legality, honesty, education, and integrity.

When she was invited to the Capitol as a Paralegal to receive the Governor’s Proclamation, it was noted that she was the only Latina in the room, highlighting that there is space for everyone (2024/2025). The office of Congressman Andrew Clyde extended an invitation for her to tour the Capitol and the White House as an exemplary Hispanic figure.

From her talk “Your Children Can Go to College,” she successfully raised awareness among parents, and today two Latina students are attending university thanks to her guidance and mentorship.

Her published book gained the interest of a Spanish publishing house and was promoted and celebrated by the Mayor of Jimena, Spain.

Se graduó como abogada en su país natal Venezuela, luego se graduó como Magister en Educación mención Investigación, pondera un diplomado en Docencia Universitaria, es Consultor de Derechos Humanos,  Logro fundar una empresa que se llama VD SERVICES GROUP INC, cuenta actualmente con 9 empleados  para educar y promover la comunidad inmigrante integrándolos al nuevo país de forma correcta asistiéndoles en sus procesos, su arduo trabajo la llevo a obtener el  su residencia permanente en los Estados Unidos considerado por el gobierno federal profesional con habilidades extraordinarias otorgándole la excepción por ser ella y su profesión de interés nacional.  Logro obtener una certificación de Emory University, actualmente certificada por el Estado de Georgia como Immigration providers assistance, reconocida durante 2 anos consecutivos por la oficina del Gobernador Brian Kemp (Estado de Georgia) en ambas entregas ha sido la unica Latina presente. Su dedicación y estudio ha sido unica alcanzo un nivel de Maestría, con una reputación intachable. No pide la influencia de las redes sociales si no la influencia de cambiar la vida de cada persona que puede alcanzar, siempre dispuesta a ayudar al que mas lo necesite apegada a las leyes, actualmente termina estudios Bilingue en Interactive college of technology recibe su titulo en Junio 2026 Planea hacer una Maestría en leyes iniciando Otoñó del 2026. El respeto profundo a las leyes y a la academia ama un salon de clases y cree que profundamente todos tenemos derecho de accesar a uno seria para no solo para ellas si no para mas de dos mil inmigrantes por los que ha trabajado una luz y una esperanza. Que no importa de donde vengas lo mas importante es quien eres.  Llevara en su corazón y con honor este Doctorado.

-Al ser invitada al capitolio como Paralegal para recibir la Proclama del Gobernador se menciono que era la Unica Latina en la sala y que hay espacios para todos. 2024/2025
-La oficina del congresista Andrew Clyde consideraron extenderle una invitación para recorrer de forma guiada el Capitolio y la Casa Blanca como una persona hispana ejemplar.
-De la Jornada de tus hijos si pueden ir a la Universidad consiguió concientizar a padres y hoy día dos estudiantes latinas están cursando estudios universitarios gracias a sus guías consejos y mentorías.
-Libro Publicado. Gracias al interés de una editorial Española y el Libro fue promovido y celebrado por el Alcalde de Jimena España.
