Laura Berríos Villafuerte
Is a neuropsychotherapist, executive coach, mentor, and the founder and International President of the World Family Organization (OMF). She leads the organization with a strong focus on social responsibility and has an extensive record of international representation, awards, congress development, and continuous participation as an international speaker. She is also a writer and developer in the scientific‑academic field, with social work experience across multiple sectors including community, education, and business. Her work has maintained consistent international social impact for five consecutive years.
Her international recognitions include the Eureka World Science Award 2023 in the Master category, granted by the World Council of Academic and University Researchers (COMAU). This award highlights individuals committed to knowledge, science, and fraternity, recognizing outstanding academic and professional contributions. Throughout its history, notable figures such as Fidel Castro and Nobel Prize laureate Gabriel García Márquez have received this distinction.
She received the Platinum Award for Excellence in the category of Best Leadership and Organizational Humanist Project 2023 from the International Network of Integral Leadership (USA). She was honored with the Top Global Humanitas Award 2021 in the Social Impact category by IDC Open Global School in London, England. The Women Economic Forum Venezuela granted her an honorary recognition in 2023 for being “a woman with leadership that creates impact centered on people, society, and the planet.”
She received the Excellence Award from the magazine “Evolucionando para el Éxito” (USA, 2023) for her contributions as a leader in strengthening the global educational system. She was awarded the Golden Master of Knowledge Insignia for her impeccable merits and outstanding professional trajectory, leading social‑impact projects with exceptional leadership across diverse professional fields, recognized as a trainer of trainers by INLENET International Leadership Network (USA).
She received recognition for her leadership in establishing strategic alliances and for her dedication to generating interests and benefits that significantly contributed to achieving inter‑institutional objectives, granted by the Institute of Professionalization INIPAC (Mexico). She was also recognized for her outstanding professional trajectory in 2023 by INIPAC.
She has received multiple World Excellence Awards, including Trainer of Trainers, International Speaker of the Year, Honorary Speaker, and Honorary Member, granted by the International Organization of Speakers (OIC), Mexico, in 2023.
She received recognition from the Humanist International Development Academy ADIHI “Sé Tu Ser” for her valuable contribution to improving people’s lives and promoting social and professional well‑being (INIPAC, Mexico, 2023). The World Family Organization (OMF), the International Organization of Persons with Disabilities Without Borders (OIPD), and the International Youth Ministry (MIJ) were recognized for their international excellence and for providing prestigious academic endorsements to university and institutional congresses worldwide, awarded by INIPAC.
OMF, OIPD, and MIJ were also recognized by the International Leadership Network INLENET USA with the highest business and organizational distinction, the Gold Medal for Successful Organizations 2023, acknowledging them as leading models in conferences, training, and education, and as effective catalysts for change that inspire and motivate thousands of people to improve the world.
She received the World Leadership and Excellence Award for her organizations OMF, OIPD, and MIJ, granted by the International Organization of Speakers OIC, Mexico. The International Chamber of Business Management CIGE (USA) was also recognized and awarded by INLENET USA with the Gold Medal for Successful Organizations 2023 for its leadership in conferences, training, and education.
She is the recipient of the International Influential Educator Award 2024 from the International Confederation of Worldwide Principals (ICWP – Africa). She holds a Doctor Honoris Causa in Science and Health from International Internship University (IIU), India, and is officially registered as a Doctor Honoris Causa in the International Official College of Doctors under registration number DHC‑635‑23.
She is a member of the World Federation for Mental Health and holds the international LIDEX certification as an elite professional in the specialty of Integral Humanist Development (Spain). She has been featured in several international journals for five years and is co‑author of academic books and scientific articles currently in publication.
Her work is driven by international social impact and guided by values such as love, commitment, passion, loyalty to her word, respect, responsibility, service, dignity, unwavering faith in humanity, integral well‑being, coherence, and the belief in making extraordinary things happen to generate personal, family, business, and social transformation.
